1. Share a moment in your career that you'll always remember.
Confidently turning the mic on as a brand-new DJ and needing to fill 2 full minutes before the top of the hour. The pressure got to me, and I didn't take one single breath as I shared about an upcoming concert until I collapsed into a coughing fit and turned the mic off. Dead air followed as did a visit to my boss' office. I was so embarrassed, but mistakes are how we learn lessons we do not forget.

I respect Lisa Williams. She has created a community for on-air women in Christian radio to be known and loved. She is always unapologetically herself. Lisa loves to share what she has learned from her own years in radio and her own experiences. She never sees other women as competition but celebrates them!

Eat some toast! The breakfast of champions! 10
