I write a monthly thing for Morning Mouth magazine. The next piece is based on my time with United Broadcasting, which was a family trust managed by lawyers. It was great experience. I could have just given up, or, followed their dictates verbatim. But I learned to work WITH the attorneys and we ended up being the only station that did fun stuff AND had big ratings.

If you want, I can send it to you. Some good (I think) ways to play chess with them. Think ahead. Know what they'll have issues with and already have them addressed.

World's Largest Garage Sale

Baby (Mama) Got Back

If you have a "fun" client that wants something for Back To School, doing a version of the Hot Mommy contest that seemingly forty of you did on the website for Mothers Day, would be fun and drive some hits. Submitted photos of women's behinds posted for voting. Winner gets shopping and supplies for her kidlets.

Intern-vention

It is seemingly inevitable that one of your summer interns is going to be a screw up and back the vehicle into a poll. Or drive off with the speakers still on the roof. Or oversleep and miss an event. Which just seems to me to be an excuse for a video of the airstaff ambushing and confronting them and driving them to tears. Staged would work out just as well.
