What if you did: "So You Think You Can Dance(line): The Adult Years"

There are a LOT of former highschool danceliners who STILL are into it. Big time. My friend Juli lives vicariously through her teenage daughters. It's kinda weird. You do a contest where one former DL'er gets a trainer, practices and redebuts with the Rockettes. I focus-grouped this on Juli. She lost it. She would literally move 1000 miles to try for it.

Hotel Room Confessions

This is topical for me if only because someone is walking funny this morning. Whoever was in the room next to me was having Porno Sex(r) until about 5 am. A great Friday or Saturday (or even Wednesday apparently) night bit. For your listeners who are at hotels for parties or whatever, award them with prizes for calling in and holding the phone up against the wall. (Tape it. Play it back.)

Hotel Employee Confessions

Slow news morning? Open up the phones and let hospitality industry employees call in with great stories. No industry runs across a greater cross section of humanity. These people have seen, heard and cleaned up after everything imaginable. Following a brief venture into the exciting field of driving a cab (I kid you not) I put my way through college working at hotels. Desk clerk. That kind of stuff. Wow the stories. Open up the phones and just let them loose.

Retro-'cow

I stumbled off the plane in that flight-haze yesterday. On the road I don't know where I am on most given days. A 45 minute nap on a flight really screws up my inner GPS. I thought I was in Memphis. Seriously. And the couple from Argentina were equally discombobulated. Which jogged an old Mancow memory. Back when you could go all the way down the concourse to the gate, he had Chuy greeting an early morning flight from the east coast with a big sign that said "Welcome to Seattle!" (We were in San Francisco) Some seriously confused and concerned travelers. Great bit. You could still do it at baggage claim. Personally? I'd do it outside customs.
