Beer Cooler Raids
I love this so freaking much. There was a major Country music event in southern Minnesota and Dave Lang from MN 93 was out hitting the area that most stations forget about with these kinds of things: the campgrounds. He was out there in the evenings and if he caught listeners with Bud Light in their coolers, he awarded them with Bud Light swag of which he had copious amounts.
Because It's Free
Did you know that if you go to www.cpr-promotions.com and under "Fun Stuff" and "Sound" you will find a massive amount of imaging accrued over the years and posted by Bel Boschi, CPR Director of Computer Stuff who found...
Lighted Bras
I don't know what I'd do with a lighted bra but I bought three just so I can accessorize for the summer. Maybe for whatever October breast cancer events you might have, or if you're doing Glow Parties. Or if you're just into that kinda stuff. http://www.neonnancy.com/womens/light-up-bras?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=FB-EDC-CAN
Birthday Suit & Tie
The internet seems to reward posting semi-nude photos of listeners. The photo gallery after the Valentines pajama party at KDWB annually pulls the highest hits for a day in Clear Channel. This past February? 1.3 million views over three days. Not that anyone at corporate cares about that stuff.
AMP in Calgary solicited and posted photos of listeners wearing only a strategically placed tie...and got Google-like hits. http://www.ampradiocalgary.com/inside.asp?mn=3&id=1&cc=5
And Other Kinds Of Suits
Tanya Frazier at CBS in Boston may be the person responsible for introducing the Radio World to bodysuits. Since then Gas Man in Boise and the pink body suits in Calgary have taken her discovery to new heights. And now bodysuits go to Namibia where the always-cool Radiowave 96.7 haslisteners living in them to win $10,000NA. http://www.radiowave.com.na/index.php/competitions/liveinthesuit
