World Hug Day

It's good to go through the monthly dates stuff I send out because occasionally you're going to come across something just out of left field that you can mess around with. Like a few weeks ago when it World Hug Day and Jessica from the Radiowave 96.7 Ground Patrol (street team) went out to a mall to get people in the spirit of it.

For The Morning Shows

There are scads™ of analogies between successful morning shows and successful TV shows. And if you think about it, Reality TV, game shows, talent competition shows and sitcoms have done all of our research for us. There are elements, plotlines and clichés that seem to pop up in every "run" of a great sitcom.

Actual World Wide

One of the Cumulus DJ's here in Minneapolis is pretty good at referencing listeners who check in with him from around the world, which is then just an excuse to plug the app. Zed in Red Deer got this the other day:
