"Things You Just Really Don't Want To Know", for $500 Alex
Why JJ from Flow in Toronto has a Spiderman costume:
Last week JJ rappelled 30 storeys from Toronto City Hall for "Make-A-Wish" Canada. We promised our listeners that if we surpassed our goal of $1500 he'd do it in his Famous Spiderman costume.
(Insert High School Musical Genre) Competition
94.9 in Cincy tapped into something when they recruited a choir to sing with Foreigner: these people can mobilize and it's the parents. If you're a choir parent, you have resources and email addresses and drivers and cookie bakers at your immediate disposal.
Kiss in Miami has tapped into the vibe with an on-line marching band competition. http://wkis.com/marchingbands/
Super easy, no stadiums to book and in theory you get some digital stats off it. The December version would be high school choirs or kids music pageants at elementary schools.
High/Low Gro Gro
A few months ago Mix in Springfield, Mass did a very very cool and successful promotion where every Monday they would post a photo of a shopping cart filled to the brim with groceries. Guess the total value of everything in the cart to the penny, and win groceries for a month.
Just wrapped up at the always cool Radiowave 96.7 in Windhoek.

Pool Patrols
It's Summer. It's hot. Why wouldn't you be out at swimming pools all day. I did these in Charlotte with Budweiser and Chilis and hit one every Saturday afternoon. Amazing marketing because that was where our listeners were.
Being done at Hot 104.5 in Knoxville http://www.hot1045.net/
And Island 106 in Panama City http://www.island106.com/pages/21535305.php?
