Bug'd
Since the time of Marconi interning and hanging banners at Hy Vee remotes, Secret Sound has worked.
"Bug'd" was first done in the States by Wired in Philly and then one of the Cox stations followed up by "Kanye losing his cell phone". But the concepts were the same: somewhere in the market are live microphones. Find them based on REAL TIME audio and win.
The hardest part was the tech end of it...until a Program Director who must remain nameless, found this. Tiny. No one will see it and you can get a week out of it before you pull and recharge over the weekend.
And the timing is good with the Snowden movie coming out. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3774114/
Hast Tat
We are always looking for excuses to get people to stop at our booths at fairs and festivals . A Promotion Director out east and slightly north may have figured it out.
Stop, get a temp tat rubbed on your arm and wherever you are all day, post pics of the tat enjoying the event for inevitable fun and prizes.
Mobile Mancave
I think that Mancave pretty much had run its course by about 2010. The best I saw was Newcap in Edmonton who took a guys basement and turned it into the ultimate hockey viewing room with about $5000 in a audio and video and alcohol-related accoutrement.
If you go out to NFL tailgating you will run across the true hardcore fans. People who have modified their vehicles as an homage to food, beer and football.
What would be a potential reality TV show? Get some chop shoppers to take a listeners crappy Gremlin and much like D-Day and Flounders car in "Animal House", transform it into a masterpiece of male bonding.
