Possibly The Best Outdoor Of The Last 12 Months
Newcap in Toronto did some great digital boards for the anniversary of Biggy's murder and of course Tommy Chuck's April Fools message of "Happy Mothers Day!" was really cool.
Mid-heard lyrics are a universal. And now they're a campaign by Results Radio in Sacramento.
Fidget Spinners
I actually saw one of these on Jeff Cochran's desk at iHeart in Salt Lake City last week. If you have a kid or if you just hang around playgrounds like Carlos Duran from KOB-FM in Albuquerque, then you know what these are. Carlos' say you can get logo'ed spinners for a buck.

The Bieber Bandit
"The only real reason to do contests is to make winner promos" - Jerry Clifton.
I wish I had the video of KLUC's Bieber Bandit when she started sobbing or the WiLD 94.1 Fugitive's capture, filmed with a surveillance camera hidden under the hood of a trash can in park. The guy elevated five feet and from out of camera range, this screaming woman (his wife) came jogging in from another part of the park where she was searching.
After a two week hunt, the thief who steals some VIP seats to a show (Gaga in Indy at NOW-FM and Taylor Swift at Q-102 in Cincinnati) is tracked down and caught. You don't get these kinds of messages after the $1000 Free Money Text Song Of The Week.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BDqIdkLAhpV/?taken-by=poweratlWhen I was in college in LA we would go to watch game shows get taped because they would feed you and give you prizes for filling the seats. With "The Price is Right" they walk the line interviewing people as they enter. The people who are called to "come on down" are not randomly chosen. They're looking for hyperkinetic, bouncy, perky people. And you'll never get any kind of reaction by emailing someone who won a click-and-register contest.
