Clothing Optional Day At Work

When Phil Becker was at Hot 107.9, the market was in the middle of a crippling heat wave. Dogs were literally sticking to sidewalks. So I suggested that they have the AC break and because of the insufferable work conditions, he waived the silly and antiquated "you have to wear clothes to work" rule.

On-air, it was referenced by the talent discussing how liberated they felt. Nothing over-the-top salacious. Just an occasional reference to their state of dress.

On social media? There were photos of the staff in meetings, in the breakroom and on the air with very strategic placement of items. No. None of them were naked. But it looked like it and Phil put the whole thing together in under 24 hours.
