Sooner or later we will again be setting up our canopies in front of clients businesses, spinning prize wheels and handing out pizza. And there will be rejoicing across the land. And it will be Good.

This is a list of new procedures and protocols from the Minnesota Farmers Market Association. Their setups are strikingly similar to what we do, they also serve food but maybe with a more packed-in environment. It’s at least something to take into consideration with our appearances.
