In Case You Missed It
Huggie at Live 95.5 in Portland and Justin Bieber shared a grooming moment.
Dad’s In Lockdown
Tom Hanrahan from iHeart in Birmingham offers up what happens when your daughter is home from college and is bored…
Maybe this is part of your Fathers Day line-up: daughters giving their dad’s Days of Transformation™.
Zoom & Groom
From the erstwhile Ron Harrell at Hubbard in Seattle where there are two ways you can go with this. And a reminder that most great promotions started with a name:
The original thought was to have hairstylists giving tips on cutting/coloring to a Zoom audience.
I vetted the idea through Heather Lee and she said her first reaction to Zoom and Groom was “wedding.”
I liked that better. You create a virtual Bachelor moment with potential dates in the Zoom audience. (Legal is nauseated reading this)
The Zoom and Groom hair version has since turned into something Seth is going to do with a hairstylist on FB Live because he hasn’t trimmed his beard in eight weeks.
Mommy’s Little Co-Worker
This station isn’t a client but they’ve got a great morning show that I follow and this scrolled through my social media over the weekend.
‘QYK in Tampa broached the “extra coworkers in your house” topic when they had people post photos of their hour-legged colleagues. Q-102 puts a Mothers Day spin to it.
Tip Your Bartender
The KVJ Show at WRMF in West Palm Beach was the first station/show to set up a gofundme campaign for furloughed bartenders. C-103 is next in the pool and with a great moniker.
