Trees
There’s a lot that you can do with Christmas trees, because like turkeys or pumpkins, if you have a few, you can activate the audience. IE: they’re great prizes.

Jingle Jumble
Holiday jingles all mashed up. Identify them and win a Tree from Lester's
Chopping down the Christmas Tree (To the tune of rockin' around the Christmas Tree)
Keliegh is the Queen of Christmas - she loves everything about the season so much in fact she's chopping down a Christmas tree every morning just for YOU. Call in at the designated time and tell us how many holiday hacks it took for Keliegh to cut down the tree and win ... This is a very simple game of HIGH / LOW but it'll sound hilarious on air and we can have some fun with it.
Mall Santas
Repeat after me: Never EVER say on the air that Santa doesn’t exist. I’d rather test listeners bladder control for a gadget than deal with the blowback you’ll get.
But…you can address mall Santas in such a way that moms won’t be pulling over in their minivans to arm up.
You are going to have sidelined mall Santas this year. So, that’s an opportunity to do something. I’d see if you could hook them up with people or businesses that can use them for something. These aren’t people who do it for the money. They do it because they love it. Find them someone who can help save THEIR Christmas by giving them a chance to be Santa.
It's Not A Pageant, It’s A Scholarship Program
For a Winger cassette from the prize closet, what is the best prize you could ever give a listener?
Besides a Winger cassette? Skills and employment.
That’s one of the reason that Employment After Deployment at KSON has been a homerun for going on six years.
There are a thousand kinds of vocational schools and computer/tech skills are always needed in the work market.
Fitz at 98.9 The Bull is doing it with truck driving school and certification.
