A Mask-less Halloween
Kathy Higgins with Summit in Omaha has a 120 day goal for getting promotions created and on the streets. I just added a few weeks to that.
According to something I heard on one of the stations in here the Twin Cities, the costume industry is preparing for a Halloween where no one is going to be buying and wearing masks. That…actually would kind of make sense. We might be masked out.

So, knowing now that that will be the trend, you have:
- The theme for your Halloween event.
- A potential gallery contest.
- Imaging
- Social media content that shows some of the OLD SCHOOL masks where the eye slits were about the size of an ant.
- And a video for the morning show to make.
The Best Prize You Could Ever Give A Listener
A job.
We’re in the 90 day window for Back To School and KSON in San Diego has a homerun campaign called “Employment After Deployment.” They help former-military get skills and whatever other items or resources (a mobile phone, transit cards, clothes) that they might need to get a job.
With the massive shift in work and fields of work during COVID, what if your August promotion was finding a furloughed listener/s and getting them classes at a client. I don’t think there’s a station on the planet that doesn’t have secondary ed and trade school clients.
