Ms. O’Brien

Every school had THAT teacher. The one who made it actually fun to go to school and could creatively keep you engaged. Mine was Ms. O’Brien in 6th grade. Literally her first year out of Gonzaga and compared to the elderly educators in the building, a freaking riot. We had a candy auction every week and a dance every Friday. You know you have a great teacher when all of the other 6th grade classes were pissed that they didn’t have her. And all of these years later, on Facebook, all her students will stop to thank her. (Plus in 11th grade she was dating a New York Yankee, which is how my friend Steve and I got to meet the entire team)
