Advent Calendars
My eblast of Christmas promotions is 21 pages long and the one seasonal element: an Advent calendar.
Now this was done as a Match Game contest: match what’s behind two ornaments and win whatever it was. Dinner at the Pizza Ranch. Two tickets to AMC Theaters. Lift tickets to Welch Village. But what if it was whatever your daily prize was going to be during the five weeks leading up to Christmas. Pull open the door and there’s, say, a weekend at Lutsen. Or tickets to TSO. And then give it away at an appt time with some form of seasonal spin to it.Tappetizers

One of the Cox stations did Appucino last Fall: download the app and get a code for a Frappacino at a fastfood client.
Heading into Thanksgiving, the holidays and of course the Superbowl on February 13, do you have a client that would do it for appetizers? Discounts kind of suck. It would need to be for actual free food.

We’re in Radio and everyone in Radio does a podcast. Yet, in the Real World of which we are not inhabitants, they’re a luxury.
