Socially Distanced Musical Chairs

This came up with a station that has a great prize and didn’t want to waste it with something lame.

WiLD in Tampa did musical chairs for a Grammys trip. One of the CHR’s did it with a few hundred people for a trip to the Superbowl. KDUK did it for a trip to see One Direction.

The Format Captain in question thought that doing musical chairs but with six foot separations would get people’s attention. And it would. It’s filed for their next mega prize.

I heard KS95 in the Twin Cities send a winner to cover the Grammys and she was into it. This was going to be the greatest weekend of her life. She was ambushing celebrities and night clubs and somehow managed to get into ones limo after a post-party. But she got the call-in. Nobody cares that a DJ gets to go to an awards show. Sending a listener to report on it is 100X bigger.
