3. Or get a turkey, clean and gut, and invite five listeners down to the station to wear it while either doing karaoke or doing a timed competition. The prize? They can take it home and eat it.

Match Game has always been a great methodology and tweaking for the holidays is a no-brainer if you have a lot of small local prizes available.

This station in northern Michigan does it with people picking and matching Christmas lights.
