Eggs

Just as toilet paper was a thing, eggs are now officially a thing. Because of an avian flu, 58 million chickens have had to be slaughtered so that’s caused the prices to triple and there are also shortages.

You can overthink prizes. Giving away stuff during a shortage is a win. But they would need to be added to some tickets, or, it would need to be a bulk prize, like 106 eggs.

You could do Eggzactly and do a spin on the “Go Nuts” visual that Mix in Cincy did for casino cash: guess how many eggs are in an image. Closest without going over, wins.

Or you could do a Sir Pecks A Lot. Find a feed store or place where they incubate chicke. Get twenty, number them and turn on the heat. And cam it. The first to peck it’s way out wins for it’s designated listener.

In a lot of markets, there are people who raise their own eggs and sell them. One of the things I’ve noticed on Facebook is people trying to find suppliers. So….you could do Egg Finder. If you raise eggs and have them for sale, let us know and we’ll pin your location on a map.

Bridal Idol

One of the stations has a bridal expo in March and are going to do a gallery contest to pick the couple that will be the “face” of the event. It could just as easily be a gallery contest for Valentines, and honestly, what client couldn’t be involved with a cutest couple promotion? And this ‘zilla had her reception at my hotel in Greenville and her photo was prominently displayed ALL OVER the hotel. Including in the elevators.

Beast Mode Bangers

They’re doing this as a “what are some great work out songs” but it could also be an on-demand mix that the station creates and updates once a month for their listeners who are into a fitness regimen.
