Conan's people are being coy as to when this ends. It sounds like it will wrap the next time he brings it up on his show.

With that in mind, the cluster is treating it like the final hours before the polls close. I was watching CNN last night and all Brown did was sit in his campaign hq and send texts and spam to the database:)

Yesterday afternoon street teamers from all the stations in the cluster were out at key intersections with "Vote 4 Fargo @ y94.com" signs.

There will be a camera at a bar to capture the crowd as they burst into Rio de Janerio-ish mayhem when the winner is announced. Two songs are being prepared. One in case they win. The video will be Fanfare For The Common Man with historical footage of mobs rejoicing (Berlin Wall, VJ Day) and the final few seconds will be the two hookers from "Fargo" saying "He was a funny lookin' fella". The losing song will be Celine with Conan audio edited in ala post-Titanic.

The profile thing they started yesterday has been a homerun. Over 2000 people in a day switched their social networking profile pic to a Y-94 shot with Conan. And oh the glory that a bunch of these have shown up on other radio station pages.
