"Just My Type"

First, we want to shy away from the term 'singles'. Generally not a pretty stereotype. To the point that I don't think there's ever been a sitcom where, in at least one episode, they didn't mock singles events.

Speed Dating was huge. It's pretty much over.

What if...you did it but with texting. You still meet people face to face, but there's no talking.

I move to the next table where I sit down opposite "Jude" and on a little folding card on the table is her email or mobile number.Conversely I hand her a card with my info on it and for three or four minutes we text back and forth. Again, never saying a word.

Bell rings. I move to the next table but I/she still have all the info in case we want to follow up. (And she'd be crazy not to, I mean, c'mon...)

Has NEVER been done.(Of course maybe because the idea sucks...but someone needs to try it.)
