I heard a DJ who did four hours at a mall last December and tried to present it as this huge undertaking. Yes; a mall. I can't believe his bastard PD made him go to a MALL. The horror. And then you have Chet at KLUC. Biggest toy drive in Radio. He lives on a scaffold two weeks and collects hundreds of thousands of toys and thousands of bikes. It owns the station and it's the thing he's known for in Las Vegas.

Any time you stick a DJ on a billboard, you will get press and donations. Period. Every time. Without fail. WIOG in Saginaw just did their annual Roof Sit on top of McDonalds. Morning guy lives on the roof of a fastfood place: huge donations every year.

Ryder from Wired in Saskatoon just lived on a platform at the Exhibition for six days. He had a menu of things that he would do for a donation for the food shelf.
